The Slice

In honor of “It’s a Wonderful Life”

Maybe I missed it.

But I didn't notice "It's a Wonderful Life" showing up on TV over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Seems almost hard to imagine. You don't need me to remind you of the hallowed place that film once occupied in popular culture.

But I suppose it doesn't attract the ratings it once did. And let's be fair. After you've seen it 30 or 40 times, maybe you might be willing to explore other programming options.

Still, the movie isn't apt to be forgotten.

So here, as a tribute to "It's a Wonderful Life," is a Slice Blog question.

How would the world be different today if Spokane had never existed?
