WaLeg Day 92: House transportation package coming today
OLYMPIA -- Let the countdown begin: There are two weeks left in the regular session, and both chambers are scheduled to be debating legislation and either or both could work into the evening.
This afternoon, House Democrats will release their counter to the Senate 11.7 cent gas tax proposal for new transportation projects. The House will also debate a new version of the oil train safety legislation that has been working its way through both chambers.
