Accident is closing 32nd

There has been a car accident in the area of 32nd and Glenn that is causing the Spokane Valley Police Department to shut down 32nd. The Spokane Valley Fire Department extrication team has been called. Details from the scanner are slim, but I'll keep my ears open.

2:10 p.m. update: KHQ is reporting that the pedestrian hit by a car at 32nd and Glenn has died. Officers called for a chaplain on the scanner a bit ago.
