Idaho visitors gone wild
For the second time in a week an Idaho resident has been arrested for pleasuring himself in public in Spokane Valley. Is it a full moon or something? Why the sudden migration? Anyway, a Post Falls man was arrested Sunday while masturbating in the Spokane Valley Mall parking lot. His escapades were caught on tape and the man was quickly tracked down. And last week a Rathdrum man was arrested after he was caught with his pants down in a coffee shop drive through. Reporter Meghann Cuniff has more details here.
