Ryan C. Lancaster, who was arrested on multiple charges Wednesday evening after a standoff with police, remains in jail on a $100,000 bond. Two Spokane Valley schools were locked down and a daycare was evacuated after police received reports of a man with a gun. It turns out that Lancaster was armed with a BB gun.
