Spokane Valley to do a full city plow

The city of Spokane Valley announced early this morning (really early this morning) that they were going to start a full city plow at 6 a.m. today. Plowing every street in the city usually takes two days, unless it snows a lot more and crews have to start over. The side streets are in terrible shape and I've heard people have been getting stuck in some areas. The city is asking people to park off the street if possible so plows have a clear shot.
