The body of a 21-year-old man who went missing last night while tubing the Spokane River with friends was recovered this morning near the Mission Ave. trailhead of the Centennial Trail near Greenacres. The man, whose name has not been released, was not wearing a life jacket. The search had to be called off last night because of thunderstorms, but resumed this morning. Click here for more details.
