Meeting on expansion of Balfour Park tonight
The city of Spokane Valley is hosting a community meeting tonight to discuss a traffic study done to examine the impact if the city goes through with plans to purchase land at Sprague and Herald for a new library and expansion of Balfour Park. Traffic engineer Inga Note will be there to discuss how to mitigate those impacts on the surrounding neighborhood. The meeting starts at 6 p .m. at Spokane Valley Fire Station 1, 10319 E. Sprague.
