A light day as it relates to college basketball news.

The P-I’s Dan Raley has a good feature on WSU backup point guard Taylor Rochestie, who started his college career at Tulane, until hurricane Katrina forced him from New Orleans.

The News Tribune advances the Cougars’ weekend games, and does the same for the Huskies. With Oregon coming to town, the Huskies know they are facing a must-win game.

The Times has a story on Aaron Brooks missing the UW game, a UW notebook and a notebook with a summary of what’s going on with the East Side schools.
