There is a high of 11 degrees today

Hello everyone. Greetings from Canada, eh.

I’m in Calgary right now after a long day of driving yesterday. We spent the day at Judd Blackwater’s Blood Tribe reservation in Lethbridge, where I met his family and tons of children and adults came out to show their support for the Spokane Chiefs. I’m working on a feature about the event and how Blackwater is a hero of sorts in his community. Stay tuned.

I’ll post my game story after the Chiefs take on the Eastern Conference-leading Calgary Hitmen tonight. Then it’s off to Medicine Hat.

Read on for the latest CHL rankings.
