A good chunk of our time this week was spent researching the following story, which appears in its unedited form. It will be in Saturday's S-R.
It is not an opinion piece. It is a piece of in-depth reporting trying to get an answer to the question of what the future holds for WSU football. Our hope is it will help answer them well enough to hold everyone until the season ends, because, with football playing and basketball getting started, it's the last time we'll do this much depth on this site until then.
