Zags scrimmage recap

Even a scaled-down Kennel _ roughly 5,000 fans instead of the customary 6,000 and volume not quite at regular-season levels _ was still an eye-opener for GU’s freshmen as they joined their teammates for the Kraziness in the Kennel scrimmage Friday night.

It was sloppy in the first half, but play smoothed out in the second. Here’s the S-R article (an update on Josh Heytvelt at the bottom).
