Foliaki, Jackson back with Shock
Spokane continued to restock on veterans from its 2008 team, signing LB Lee Foliaki and K Brian Jackson, as well as Patrick Schwenke, an offensive lineman who played at West Texas A&M. As many as 10-12 Shock players, including Foliaki and Jackson, figured to get AFL tryouts, but af2.com's bigger brother canceled its 2009 season.
Spokane now has five players back from last year's team -- Foliaki, Jackson, LB Kevin McCullough, OL Kyle Young and DL Jeff Van Orsow.
