Earlywine misses Eags’ loss to Broncos

Coach Kirk Earlywine was not on the bench Monday night when his Eastern Washington men's basketball team lost for the fourth time in five games, falling on the road to Boise State.

EWU officials did not explain Ealrywine's absence other that to say he was tending to a personal matter.  I have several phone calls out at the present time, trying to obtain more details on the situation and find out if Earlywine will be back for Friday night's Big Sky Conference game against Northern Arizona in Flagstaff.

I will post anything I find out as soon as possible. In the meantime, you read more about Monday night's loss to the Broncos here, in the story that ran in this morning's S-R, and you check out the game story that ran in this morning's Idaho Statesman here.  I've also included this link to the story posted on EWU's website, which includes a link to the box score.
