It’s time for the Pac-10 to begin

COUGARS

This is going to be a long, long post.

At the top is my unedited Pac-10 preview story that will run in tomorrow’s Spokesman-Review. And below that are the capsules, a team-by-team look at the league. You get it all before it shows up in tomorrow’s paper. I’ve changed my Pac-10 picks a little since before the nonconference season, but I’m sticking with a couple of out-of-the-box choices. I’m just trying to find this year’s 2006-07 Washington State, you know, the team that will come out of nowhere to be successful.
