Basketball rushes to conclusion

Second half of the Greater Spokane League basketball season is on us and will conclude in a rush. Beginning tomorrow teams must pack as many as a dozen games into a relatively short 35-day window. Included are two three-game weeks. The GSL plays Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday next week and the week of Jan. 16.
Games to watch tomorrow are Ferris boys (8-0) at Gonzaga Prep (6-1) and Shadle Park girls (6-2) and Mead (7-1).
