The Washington State men's basketball held on to a close victory Thursday at the Pac-10 tournament, after jumping to a 20-point lead in the first half.

The Oregon Ducks' midpoint adjustments gave the Cougars trouble, but No. 3-seeded WSU moved on to the semifinals Friday to play the winner of Thursday's Arizona-Stanford game.
