Shock updates: Rummell traded; league announces free webcasts

The Spokane Shock hit the field for their first official Green Bay practice today. The Shock take on the Blizzard this Sunday in their arenafootball2 league season opener.

Here's the link to my story that ran today on the release of last year's backup quarterback, Justin Rummell.

Also, here's a story that mentions former Shock defensive back Alex Teems, who moved up to the AFL after last season. If Teems' bold prediction in the article is true, then this release will be relevant to Spokane fans as this week the league announced that the ArenaCup title game will be hosted by the highest-seeded team with the best overall record.

One last item - which you'll find below.
