Morning links from WSU

A couple of links for you this morning, but not much more than what’s already been on here for a while. Read on.

• The best thing about spring football this year is WSU deciding to spread the practice days out. It makes it possible for my feet to recover. Anyhow, here’s my story concerning yesterday’s practice. And, of course, the link to the printed version of our Tony Bennett interview. Other than that, the only WSU-related link I could find this morning is actually from yesterday, when Jim Moore visited with former Cougar great – and now a candidate for Seattle’s mayor – James Donaldson. … The best saga of the week around the Pac-10 has to be the Tim Floyd story. How would you feel if Bennett had decided Tuesday not to take Virginia’s offer and wanted to come back to Pullman? Would it be better or worse than him leaving? Just wondering.

• UPDATE: Center Aron Baynes will be playing in the Portsmouth Invitational April 8-11, one of the pre-NBA draft camps for player evaluation. Here are the rosters.

• That’s it for now. We’ll be as events warrant. There is no football practice until tomorrow morning. Until then …
