Some Monday morning WSU links

COUGARS

A quick post this morning, mostly because there’s very little going on. After all, Sunday is at least somewhat of a day of rest for most everyone, including those who cover college athletics. Read on.

••••••••••

• About all we have is our story concerning the basketball recruits. This should end the questions about that except … Will the Cougars sign anyone else (probably not, but because the coaches can’t talk specifics, there’s no way to be 100 percent sure; the final signing date doesn’t end until May 20) and is David Chadwick still a possibility (not really but, again, now that Chadwick has been let of his letter-of-intent and is once again a recruitable athlete, a coach’s comment about him is an NCAA violation; by the way, because Chadwick has already signed his limit of one LOI, the only way to be sure he’s going to a school is when he enrolls there). … What’s else do we have? There’s this Buster Sports’ rating of the best Pac-10 defensive tackles by Nick Daschel, with WSU’s Toby Turpin on the list. … That’s about it.

• Thanks for coming by. We’ll be back if events warrant this afternoon. Until then …
