At least seven former Shock players have landed in the new arena league. They are: Palauni Ma'Sun (Chicago), Virgil Gray (Milwaukee) and five with Arizona (Nick Davila, John Booker, Kyle Young, Sergio Gilliam and Kelvin Morris).

One recent Shock signee, DL Josh Leonard, has signed with Tampa Bay's practice squad.

And ex-Shock linebacker/FB Levi Madarieta won an MMA fight last weekend in Yakima. He defeated Mike Riddell via submission in the second round.
