Vandals’ gear goes missing
As first reported by KREM, the Idaho Vandals had almost $3,000 worth of football equipment stolen from the Kibbie Dome last weekend. The gear included helmets, pads and footballs. And went all of it went missing, coach Robb Akey said this: "I’m assuming they must be out of Boise somewhere. I figure it must be somebody trying to makes some extra money to buy season tickets.”
Akey, of course, was jokingly hinting at Boise State fans as the culprit. We'll have more on this later.
