Shock sign ex-Coug, Seahawk Bumpus

Spokane has signed former WSU and Seattle Seahawk receiver Michael Bumpus.

Bumpus had 195 career catches with the Cougars. He played in four regular-season games with Seattle in 2008, making one start. He finished with five receptions.

And a couple of days after losing RJ Archer to Minnesota's practice squad, the Shock found a backup quarterback in arena football veteran Andy Collins.
