WSU loses 71-46
COUGARS
The poor early stretch – a 16-0 ASU run – was too much for WSU to overcome. The Cougars got as close as six at one point in the first half but could get no closer. The second half was a series of poor possessions on both ends of the court and ASU took advantage, steadily expanding the lead throughout the half, no matter the lineup. Both teams are 2-2 in Pac-10 play. We'll be back in a couple hours with our report.
