Hopson gets honorable mention

Idaho senior Mac Hopson, a first-team all-WAC point guard last year, was one of five honorable mentions (essentially the third team) by the conference this afternoon. He was on the conference’s preseason first team and averaged 15.6 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists per game. Also, center Marvin Jefferson was named to the All-Defensive team.
