Gal gets three, Chiefs get 8

The Spokane Chiefs peppered a pair of Calgary Hitmen goalies with 53 shots, but it was one of them, a non-shot, that kind of defined this game as the home team wins 8-1. Blake Gal (10) got a hat trick, and was almost embarassed, but, of course, no one turns down a three-goal game. The story is here, the extended box is below.
