Mt. Spokane prevails in showdown

Wow, the Mt. Spokane/Mead volleyball match last night turned out to be everything as advertised between the two top-ranked 3A and 4A teams in the state.

Mike Vlahovich was there for us to file a story, and he said it was a packed house at Mead. Too bad these teams just play once in league. I suspect they could face off at the Crossover tourney next month. A team that could still have a say in the crowing of a league champ is Central Valley.
