The Spokane Chiefs had a delayed trip home on Monday after dropping a 2-1 decision to the Portland Winterhawks (Oregonian story) Sunday night.  The series is tied 1-1 with Game 3 Wednesday in the Arena. There is also a story  from The Portland Tribune.

Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals is tonight, with Kootenay, at home, leading Medicine Hat 2-0.
