Whittaker joins Tampa Bay

Former Shock receiver Huey Whittaker is heading home. Whittaker has signed a marketing contract ($1,000 per game, compared to the standard $400) with Tampa Bay, near his Florida home. Whittaker spent time in the UFL after helping Spokane win the 2010 ArenaBowl title.
