Shock sign DL, trade Clebert

Spokane continues to shape its roster, signing DL Terrance Taylor and trading DL Richard Clebert to Tampa Bay.

Clebert was a mainstay in Spokane's ArenaBowl championship run last season. Taylor, a University of Michigan product, was drafted in the fourth-round by Indianapolis.
