WSU’s Enyeart a video star

COUGARS

I tweeted about this today during hoops practice, but I wanted to go into a little more in-depth about long snapper Zach Enyeart's trick-snap video. Read on.

••••••••••

• I'm trying to get a hold of Enyeart for a story, but this is too hot to hold on to right now. Watch this video and you'll see what I mean.

• First off, props to Enyeart or his agent or his publicist or whomever came up with this idea. If you're trying to catch on with an NFL team, and that's what Enyeart is doing, working out in Arizona with Reid Forrest and Nico Grasu in hopes of catching on whenever the NFL returns to the field, this is a good way to be remembered. After all, I picked up on this from the PTI Show, which is one of the most watched sports shows in America. If I have a chance to talk with Enyeart, and I can't see how I won't, being that we talked for hours and hours over the course of the last four football seasons as he and I watched practice – long snappers don't get called on for much each day – together, I'll let you know what he had to say.

•••

• That's it for now. We'll be back in the morning. Until then ...
