• Around the Pac-12: Once again, we have more about possible expansion, all of it really interesting and some of it at odds with each other. ... Miller wants to know who is hot and who is not. ... Oregon: An injury forces the Ducks to make a defensive change. Their offense has changed a bit as well. ... California: A freshman is finding his feet in the Bears' offense. ... Stanford: The Cardinal offense isn't strawberry or chocolate. It's vanilla. And here's hoping it won't melt in the Arizona heat. ... Colorado: The Buffs rivalry with Colorado State has lost a bit of luster in Denver. ... Utah: The Utes rivalry with BYU has lost a bit of luster throughout the state. But it will survive. And it's been even the past 24 years. ... USC: Marc Tyler is keeping his mouth shut and just running. ... UCLA: The Bruins' kicker is a bit sore. ... Arizona State: A couple of Sun Devils have risen to the occasion. ... Arizona: Nick Foles' numbers are staggering once again this season.

• That's it for now. We'll be back after practice this evening. Until then ...
