All quiet on the Pullman front

COUGARS

FROM PULLMAN -- There won't be a practice report today for a couple of reasons.

The first is that the Washington State football team simply didn't do much on Wednesday, conducting a brief walk-through -- similar to what they will do each Friday during a typical game week.

The second reason is, simply, we missed it. The walk-through occurred an hour prior to the time listed on the practice schedule, and due to some miscommunication, media was not notified. But rest assured that there wasn't a whole lot to see, anyway.

We do have a bit of news to pass along. WSU added the names of four walk-ons to its roster, including: WR Tyler Baker (Bullard, Texas/Ole Miss), DB Beau Glover (Gig Harbor, Wash.), LB David Johnson (Lakewood, Wash.) and WR Michael Newman (Cle Elum, Wash.).

That's all for now.
