Gonzaga faces tough month

I went to Zags media day Monday with several ideas in mind and only a couple ended up in the notebook. It's always better to gather more stuff than you end up using!

The main item was Gonzaga encountering another rugged December schedule, and rising expectations along the way. The last team to create this much buzz was the 2008-09 crew, which we also touched on in today's notebook. There's also this brief on more tickets being available for the Battle in Seattle next weekend (it's the second item here).

And Robert Sacre's stint in the D-League was short. After three games with the L.A. D-Fenders, Sacre is back with the Lakers.
