The Gonzaga women's basketball team was supposed to play 20th-ranked Ohio State tonight. Yes, Ohio State is still the rival at McCarthey Athletic Center, but the Buckeyes are no longer ranked. Washington State saw to that by upsetting Ohio State 62-55 on Saturday in Pullman, dropping the Buckeyes from the Associated Press Top 25 poll. Gonzaga sports a 9-2 record heading in against Ohio State (6-3). GU's two losses are to ranked teams, Louisville and No. 1 Stanford. The Bulldogs and Buckeyes have never met.
