As legal troubles go, this incident rates pretty minor on the severity scale. But we do have a brief item about the Sunday arrest of Cougars long-snapper Zach Koepp, who was cited and released on a charge of obstructing a public servant. He's the second WSU football player to be arrested in as many weeks. C.J. Mizell was dismissed from the team last week following an arrest on charges of fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal trespassing. ...
