GU’s Dower makes his points

Gonzaga sophomore forward Sam Dower is an offensive force, an accomplished scorer inside and out with a feathery touch. He's the kind of player that can put up points in hurry (think Austin Daye, Adam Morrison, etc.). He's also rounding into a more complete player as he's taken strides defensively and rebounding.

I checked in with Dower and Ray Giacoletti, the GU assistant coach who helped recruit the 6-foot-9 Minnesotan, earlier this week and put together this feature that will run in Thursday's S-R.

Programming note: I'll be joining Tom Hudson, Richard Fox and host Toby Howell for another edition of GU Roundtable on KGA 1510-AM at 5 tonight. You can tune in on-line at the KGA Website: http://www.1510kga.com/.
