Spring ball means more snow

FROM PULLMAN -- The sun came out and the sky was blue when the Cougars began spring football practice on Thursday. But the night ended with me scraping snow off my windshield. Yep, it's spring time on the Palouse. Read on for our coverage.

Everyone stayed dry -- albeit a bit chilly -- during practice. Later on? Not so much. Can't complain, though. The snow that fell in Pullman last night was the wet kind, and it was easily removed from the necessary surfaces. ...
