The morning after

COUGARS

FROM SEATTLE -- Before we head back to Pullman for practice tonight, we'll run down all of the links you need from both the Washington State game and the rest of the Pac-12.

...

First, we'll recap everything we have in today's newspaper -- our game story, our notebook leading with a note from Jim Meehan (despite my name being on the byline) about Marquess Wilson's record-setting day, our keys to the game, our scoring summary, and this column from John Blanchette. We also posted on the blog afterward with some quotes and our capsulated recap. ... Here's the coverage from the Seattle Times, including Bud Withers' column, as well as a sidebar by Percy Allen and some notes. ... Here's the AP story. ... ... Here's the coverage of the game from the Oregonian, and here's the Eugene Register-Guard's coverage. Kevin Gemmell covered the game for ESPN.com.

In other Pac-12 action ...

Arizona State 27, California 17 -- The Sun Devils were again led by their quarterback. Things aren't looking good for the Bears.

UCLA 42, Colorado 14 -- There was no more magic for the Buffaloes in a blowout loss that brings them back to reality. UCLA thinks it can play better.

Oregon State 38, Arizona 35 -- It was a wild one in Tucson, but the Beavers emerged with a 3-0 record and got to eat some quality burgers afterward.

All for now.
