Gonzaga takes control with 3-pointers

Haiden Palmer has scored 11 points to guide Gonzaga to 38-25 halftime lead over Pepperdine in West Coast Conference play at McCarthey Athletic Center on Saturday. Palmer has hit three of the Bulldogs' eight 3-pointers. GU leads the conference in 3-point shooting percentage and scoring defense. Gonzaga stormed to a 13-2 lead and has twice led by as many as 15 points. GU's Keani Albanez hit two 3-pointers after the Waves closed within eight points.
