Gonzaga and game planning

Good morning. After watching Gonzaga's defense shut down the top two scoring on options on BYU's and San Francisco's teams (Haws and Davies; Doolin and Dickerson), I wanted to explore the Zags' approach to scouting.

It was done in general terms -- how long they spend watching tape, what they're looking for, etc, how much/little info do they give to the players -- because I knew going in coaches weren't going to give away too many specifics against teams they have to play again. Anyway, here's my article that ran in today's S-R (with a couple of notes at the bottom).

Also, Guy Landry Edi (ankle) practiced Monday and seemed to be moving around pretty well. He didn' t play Saturday, but he probably could have if the situation warranted. I expect he'll be available vs. LMU on Thursday.
