Chiefs continue hot streak as season winds down

The Spokane Chiefs have won 10 of their last 11 games after Saturday night's 3-2 overtime win over the Tri-City Americans in Kennewick. The Western Hockey League regular season ends Sunday with the Chiefs at Portland. Spokane won the season series over Tri-City 7-3-2-0, including three of the last four games between the teams. Spokane and T-C will meet again at least four times in the postseason in a best-of-seven first-round series. The Chiefs have home-ice advantage and will host the first two games, Friday and next Saturday. Read story
