WSU links on a Tuesday

COUGARS

FROM PULLMAN -- We're headed back on the road this morning to help with the paper's Gonzaga coverage this week in Salt Lake City. But that doesn't mean we're ignoring WSU. Read on.

...

We had a couple blog items yesterday, including one with an update (and a story in the newspaper) on the future of coach Ken Bone and when he will have his end-of-year meeting with athletic director Bill Moos. Also, here's a brief post with the dates and times of WSU's spring football practices. ... Howie Stalwick has a story about the future Moos/Bone summit in the Kitsap Sun. ... Former WSU player Patrick Simon helped Seattle Pacific to a D-II tournament victory last night.

Around the Pac-12 ... Washington's C.J. Wilcox gets a homecoming in the Huskies' first-round NIT game at Brigham Young (6:30 p.m., ESPN). ... Stanford also begins its NIT journey tonight with a game against Stephen F. Austin (8 p.m., ESPN2). ... Arizona is trying to block out the talk of an upset in its-first round (second round, whatever) NCAA tournament game. ... UNLV sees its NCAA game against California as a road game. It basically is. ... Colorado guard Spencer Dinwiddie has his hands full defensively in the Buffaloes' first NCAA game. ... A Blazers rookie is a mentor for an Oregon freshman. ... Ben Howland's job may be in jeopardy at UCLA.

That's it for now.
