From Pullman -- By the time the Cougars came out for warmups the Sun Devils had already scored three touchdowns. Ok, not really, but that's how it seemed as Arizona State shot out to an early lead and never looked back in a 55-21 thrashing of Washington State ... It wasn't a good showing for WSU on national TV ... The new money coming from the Pac-12's TV deal is great. The late starts? Not so much ... Not everyone enjoyed WSU's Halloween promotion.

Follow the jump to find out what the Pac-12 teams that weren't playing a Thursday night game were up to.

...

Arizona: There's no doubt that Kadeem Carey is good. But is he Heisman good? ... The winning Wildcats can't rest on their laurels.

Cal: The mounting losses aren't the only ugly numbers for Cal.

Colorado: The Buffaloes' new coach can be a man of few words.

Oregon: The coveted cover of Sports Illustrated is becoming a home to the Ducks ... But they're not jinxed, probably.

Oregon State: The Beavers' loss to Stanford is their gain as they prepare for USC.

Stanford:  The Cardinal could use a breather before their big game ... Just call it the New Money Bowl.

UCLA: The Bruins need to get back to their explosive ways.

USC: A Trojans defender could come back for USC's next game ... USC will have a little help in its coaching search.

Utah: The Utes punter cares surprisingly little about punting.

Washington: (crickets)
