Shock 2014 schedule released

Spokane learned its 2014 AFL schedule and it'll bring more games against division/regional opponents.

The Shock will face Pacific Division foes Portland and San Jose three times each. Spokane will entertain Portland twice and visit the Rose City on July 26 in the regular-season finale. The Shock will visit San Jose twice and host the SaberCats on May 23.

Two-time defending champion Arizona is no longer a division rival but the Shock will see them three times this season, twice in Phoenix. Spokane will take on the Los Angeles Kiss twice, oddly with both games in L.A.

Spokane opens at home against Iowa on Saturday, March 15. Spokane's only true home-and-home will be with Tampa Bay (at T.B. on May 3, home vs. T.B. on July 18.). Spokane will also visit Jacksonville on June 7. Shock bye weeks come in Week 3 (late March) and Week 17 (early July).

Here's a link to the AFL schedule.
