From Somewhere High Above the West Coast -- Yesterday, we reported that Tramaine Isabell had signed a letter of intent to join the Washington State University basketball program, and today it became official when the Cougars received the fax with the letter. "We're very excited about the addition of Tramaine to our program here at Washington State," coach Ken Bone said. "He's a gifted and versatile player with the ball in his hands, and yet he's also very capable of scoring at the guard spot."
