PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State has added Eastern Washington to its 2018 football schedule, WSU Director of Athletics Bill Moos announced Wednesday.

The game is scheduled for Sept. 15, 2018 in Martin Stadium.

“Eastern Washington has built a tremendous program over the years and continuing this series is of great appeal for college football fans throughout the Pacific Northwest,” said Moos.

The Cougars and Eagles previously announced that the teams would meet Sept. 3, 2016 in Pullman.

Washington State has won all three previous meetings in the series, including a 24-20 victory in 2012 in Pullman, the first victory for Mike Leach as the Cougar head coach. The two other meetings saw the Cougars post wins of 46-0 and 73-0 in 1907 and 1908, respectively.
