WSU added its second junior college signee on Wednesday afternoon when Shalom Luani sent in his letter of intent.
More on Luani, after the jump.
He's also the second four-star prospect to sign with WSU on Wednesday, according to Scout.com. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound safety is considered by Scout to be the No. 19 junior college prospect in the country, and he signed with the Cougars over scholarship offers from Illinois, Oregon State and Washington.
Luani will be expected to contribute immediately in WSU's secondary, which saw five different freshmen start at various points last season.
