Morning links: WSU linebackers big and small

Washington State's heaviest inside linebacker has 40 pounds on the lightest one. The coaches love that.

WSU's versatility at the defense's second level leads our notebook from yesterday's practice, which also features a position switch and a receiver's eligibility. We also have our daily report from practice and videos of Mike Leach and Ken Wilson.

It was a productive day for the Cougars, who also secured a commitment from a quarterback recruit.

Former WSU baseball player Ben Roberts is playing football for Montana. It doesn't look like Thomas Toki will join the WSU football team until spring semester. Mike Leach described his first job to ESPN.
