Good evening. Back home after Gonzaga's 71-66 loss to UCLA on Saturday. This one looked a lot like GU's two previous losses (Arizona and Texas A&M): a tight game that came down to the closing minutes with the opponent making more plays than the Zags.

Another tough loss, and some tough news on the injury front. Przemek Karnowski didn't attend the game because of his ailing back. Coach Mark Few said Karnowski's back has gotten worse and it doesn't look like the big man will be back any time soon.

Here's my game story, John Blanchette's column and Jesse Tinsley's photo gallery.

Day-after post coming in the a.m.
